There are so many things in life that we just tent to let go off and dare it comes out of your mouth some day. Although we tend to be true to ourselves we are not actually being real by not speaking out the words that are on our minds. It gets a little difficult to spurt out what we actually feel internally. Here are our ego stopping us from facing the reality, we get so tensed and literally bothered about what is going to come next. Perhaps, when we start thinking too much about particular situations, there comes a time where our higher self tells us to be authentically honest to your own self and to those who are around us. Sometimes, consciously or unconsciously we tend to make faster decisions, which may bring in goodness or badness. We are responsible for our own actions and inactions, the conscious state of being tells us whether we are doing right or wrong things. This is the time when you are acting natural and feeling almost not afraid to express your true feelings. It gets tentatively difficult for some individuals to walk out of their closet and be firm on things they strongly feel about so today I bring some of the simplest and the most effective steps that will help you become more conscious and more authentic:

  • Mindfulness: becoming authentic
    Being mindful is one of the most important aspects to be aware of your surroundings. You tend to loose awareness if we are not mindful. It is a little difficult to remain very persistent of your mindfulness but little efforts will surely get in to that grind. It may not be very easy to get in to it at first; it takes sometimes days, months or even years to master it. The more you get mindful about and practice it regularly; you will be more at ease to focus your attention in to things.
  • Reminders:
    You got to have something that will keep you motivated constantly. Take help of reminder to get you started to get mental triggers on timely basis. The best and the easiest ways is to remind yourself by looking over at red light at signals or stop lights or signs. You can select any signs or colors of light based on your choice. Select a lasting symbol and connect that object to remind you that you have to be mindful.
  • Meditation: Meditation
    The best way to stay connected to your innerself is through meditation. Constant meditation will help you get aware of your own inner self and higher self. Meditation helps you cool down and also help you listen and talk to your own self peacefully. The fast paced lifestyle have hardly left us any time that we can actually look into our being to understand the true colors of life. As we get deeper in to meditation, it will help you stay awake of your surroundings and be mindful of the steps you take.

Staying mindful and staying aloof are two different elements of the same coin. Some give you good results even by staying aloof while some gives you good only you are mindful and vice versa. There are no set rules to be mindful its only upon us to be aware and get going in life.
