Does running competitions on blogs really help
In my personal experiences, I had say YES as many of my friends are running blogs and they had good experiences by running competitions on the blogs. By embroiling competitions on your blogs in your busy blog posts schedule, you generate a reader interest and they tend to get little excited in your blogs. Giving away free stuff on the blogs are surely going to get your readers hooked on to your blog for more than the usual period. This helps in creating goodwill for your blog and also getting some loyal readers to the blog. In over 5 years of my career in blogging world, I have realized one important thing that a change in your usual routine does attracts more attention from the readers. The best thing that works is to keep your contest SIMPLE AND CLEAR. The contests are the best thing to bring a success in your readership quotient. Running contests means creating common interests for your readers. The excitement would stay on your blog, till the time span of the contest and there by  [...]

Living a Simple Life!
There are times when you simply want to get off from the track and enjoy all your time looking at the beauty of nature. I am not saying this just to please you, but I surely know that many of you must have though about this at least once in their lifetime. Life is not that easy as we might think of that to be. There are lots of turns and twirls before we get to utter success. Simple living is not about letting go off things, its just that you slow down a bit to enjoy every moment around you. As its rightly said by Cedric Bledsoe – “Simplicity is the essence of happiness”. The terms happiness and simple are interconnected, the moment you are simply you get the feeling of happiness and once when you are happy you feel that you do not want anything else and so you feel like being simple. The fact of the matter is that we are ourselves responsible for our own happiness; sometimes-unwanted complexities come in life when we try to keep up certain images or appearances in front of others.  [...]

Nearly, half of our lives go in worrying about future but why can’t we just sit back and enjoy life as it comes. Well, I know its easy to say but when it comes from a practical point of view it becomes a little difficult and planning in advance becomes a MUST especially when you are in a blogging industry. For a while now, I had been blogging on and on till the day I started getting negative talks from my fellow bloggers. Sometimes, blogging by compulsion has become a pressurizing assignment, which you have to finish at the end of the day, but are we really concerned about the quality. I have always stressed on the quality aspect of a content, unless you are interested in writing what you want to write how can you be creative or rather have a sense of writing something attractive? As much as we take care of our body, mind and soul with nutrients, meditation, and exercise, we don’t seem to be taking our blogs that seriously by nourishing it with great, fresh content each day. Its all about passion you have in your written thoughts, no one comes gifted of any talent, its only when they polish their skills do they come out with real gem like essence. It’s all about how much you are serious of your commitments and love for the things you are doing. Even when I was stuck in my cousin’s wedding I did take out time to write this blog that only shows how I am lovingly so addicted to writing blogs but it doesn’t make any sense of you writing a blog if you don’t have any informative stuff to share with your  [...]

Mind the Frequency of your posts!
Posts frequency are very important from the point of view of building a great readership amongst your audiences. As you get popular on blogging networks you have a specific number of audiences coming to you for reading your blogs on a regular basis and some of them have scheduled a fixed time reading your posts. It’s very necessary to stay glued to your posts scheduled once you get more readers online for your blogs. Even a day of un-updated blog can create furor amongst your readers, as they are very accustomed to reading your posts on a daily basis. Its okay, even if you post just 2 blogs per week, but make sure that you don’t break your reader’s chain of getting to your blogs on specific days. Its neither that once you maximum your blog posting frequency you will get more number of visitors on your blog, so after deeper reconciliation of thoughts, I am finally on the verge to break down the chain because I don’t know how frequently my users come over the site, how often they  [...]

Writing posts at the spur of the moment!
People often take blogging as their second career just to earn some more income plus that they fulfill their dreams of writing some day. I wonder sometimes in amazement how people take out time for blogging even after working 8-10 hours a day. After researching in depth from varied sources, I came to know, they quietly took out time early in the mornings or late at night or some wrote their posts during their office breaks or while traveling. Well, the ideas aren’t bad at all, but for me it would take a proper time, peace of mind and the perfect environment to start writing my blogs. When I started off in my blogging career, it took me a little more time to understand the psychology of the readers, what they prefer, how they prefer, what posts they like to read, what are their favorite topics, etc. I just know one thing, that at the end they need quality content, even if people are adjustable to any type of environment while writing their posts I am sure it just becomes a little uncomfortable  [...]

Blogging Success!
Blogging success is what all of us are determined to earn in our blogging career, but not all of us become successful in this pleasurable gamble, you pick one wrong card and your game goes for a toss! Blogging is simply wrapped up in the formula, PE2 = Planning, Executing and Earning, although this sounds likes a 3 simple step formula, it requires lots more efforts than we actually think of. Blogging requires lots of patience and core hard work without any expectations for money or popularity over the blogging networks. Blogging is for passionate writers who can put their thinking into creative written thoughts and words, although bloggers are just writing for their love of writing, a person cannot move on and on without expecting any cash returns after all a person earns even more when he likes his profession.
