Are You Overly Anxious, Get Some Inspiration!

Come on, we agree all become anxious for some or the other reason in our lives, it comes naturally and there are different traits attached to each one of you. I become way too overly anxious amounting to loads of tension and un-concentrated willingness to do some particular task. In general, when we talk about anxious people, these are basically the people who faced or have seen lay-offs, violence, pandemics, war, crisis, etc. these are just the normal examples we see on a daily basis. Anxiety is natural and it can come in any form, it’s a natural alarm that strikes inside our body to take steady steps before something can become overly dangerous or harmful.

Tackling the anxiety have always been simple but people take it otherwise and this becomes when they have clearly high expectations, and believe me its not some rocket science that you cannot overcome anxiety feelings, so why don’t you all gather your strength and fight Anxiety, lets learn some view points about the topic and ways to tackle before anxiety over grips you. I have been attending lots of conferences and even workshops teaching you to deal with stressful life, STRESS is one very important ingredient that makes you anxious, cutting down on your stress quotient will diminish your problems by half. There are some wonderful techniques and methods through which you can focus more attention, become more regular, become committed to you work, stay grounded, stay relaxed and be cheerful always. Remember, that anxiety is internal, no external world goes in to your brains to create those anxious movements, the only solution I see here is why don’t we train ourselves to face whatever may come next and become overly anxiousmore adaptive to the current lifestyle scenarios happening around us.

Well, I have some tricks for you that can let you stay sane and be creative in your activities that will help you to overcome all anxious movements in your life, now lets look at how anxiety looks like, not visible but in our brains, as per my knowledge: fight, flight and freeze are the 3 responses caused by anxiety, anxiety may be triggered by many emotions in our mind and heart, its actually a low grade fear, it develops just when we want it, not if you don’t respond to it. Now, lets have a look at these 3 responses how they develop in our lives: 1) you become irritable when you are anxious, and you feel like FIGHTING against who ever that person or situation is, 2) sometimes you just want to run away from what happening around you, that is a FLIGHT response, 3) you just want to stand still in a given situation, that is FREEZE response – this may lead to lots of procrastination in your activity.

Anxiety is a feeling, that cannot be caught under the lens, but there are different patterns and stories attached to it, there are some things connected to us which are responsible for our anxious response, lets check on that, a) Are you more prone to self doubting? b) Are you looking to control your future? c) Do you have very high expectations? d) Do you fear your failure? e) Are you staying in present life? Well, you may find some connections, in to the question asked above, there are some things in life you expect that cannot be fulfilled for near future at least and thus you form anxiety, okay, leaving all the shortcomings one side, lets learn how can you transform your anxiety in to wonderful inspiration that will make your life, a little better:

  1. Take necessary steps in life to avoid inconveniences later, MAKE YOUR LIFE SIMPLE.
  2. You cannot keep everything on your head and do all the given tasks or targets for whole one month, so KEEP A JOURNAL.
  3. Relaxation techniques are said to have wonderful effects in your well being, so LEARN TO RELAX and enjoy life.
  4. Changing your mental habits helps you to learn positive nodes of life, so PRACTICE MEDITATION as and when you get time.

It gets difficult to practice all the above, when you are stuck in your daily work life grind, but that is all the solution for your ever lasting problems, resolve them today so that they don’t interfere in your work lives later in life.
