The average living of a person has decreased along the recent years, the more the stress in our lives, the more probability of early deaths, it’s in direct proportion to the lifestyle we live in. Just recently, I had attended some self-improvement workshops; they had good thoughts on changing our lives and how our lives can get better by getting improvements in our lives. The last session was really interesting and it left everyone numb stuck when they were asked that question from someone (doctor) from the crowd. It’s a proven fact, that you get more motivated to do things, you are good at or love to do, and perhaps that is your niche. Motivation is something that comes internally, although there are companies holding special motivational workshops where employees are taught to bring life in their work and do their work wholeheartedly, its been a while now I have stopped going to any such workshops or sessions where people are artificially taught to do their work willingly. What really counts in motivating an individual, is his own self – that is my personal experience.
